Salon Etiquette

• Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.
• Please turn your phone off or have it on silent with no vibration so that you can completely switch off and relax during your treatment
• If you are having a massage treatment it is advisable to abstain from alcohol for 24 hours beforehand.
• Anyone under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
• Please note that for home visits a charge will be added for journeys over 10 miles from Holt.
