Situated in the charming Georgian town of Holt we pride ourselves on providing a holistic approach to the mind, body and soul.

Understanding how the body works is at the heart of everything I do – how every cell and organism interconnected in a delicate website of health. With training in Shiatsu and Eastern practices, I bring a whole – body approach to beauty and well – being believing true radiance stems from harmony between the skin, body, mind and spirt. My passion lies in supporting clients to feel their best from the inside out, nurturing every aspect of their wellness journey.
